How & when will I receive my rewards?

An email will be sent to you 4 to 6 weeks from the time you receive your program welcome email. 

Your Prepaid MasterCard will be sent to the mailing address associated with your Jackson EMC account.

If you have a Sensi thermostat, your virtual gift card will be sent to the email address you provided in your enrollment application. If you have a Nest or ecobee thermostat, your Virtual Prepaid MasterCard will be sent to the email address associated with your thermostat app account.
