How do I know when Peak Energy Events are happening?

We will notify you before Peak Energy Events start to let you know they’ve been scheduled and when they’ll take place. During Peak Energy Events, your thermostat and mobile app will display a notification letting you know that Peak Energy Events are taking place (the notification may vary depending on your thermostat brand). You’ll also receive an email following the event letting you know the impact that your community made by participating. This email will also offer you the chance to provide feedback on how Peak Energy Events went for you.
