Can I opt out of Peak Energy Events?

You are in control! We will notify you of upcoming and events. You have the option to opt out of the event using the option within the communication. 

If you become uncomfortable during Peak Energy Events, you can adjust the temperature on your thermostat. If you do your thermostat will remain at your new temperature, and we will consider the adjustment an election to opt out of the event.
